Fillet De Beuf || Grilled Angus Fillet Mignon, Point Reyes Cream, Lions Mane Ravioli. Paired with 2021 Malbec.

Chocolate Olive Oil Cake || Dark Cherry Sorbet, Salted Almond Crumble. Paired with 2019 Farmer's Nightcap.
